Pre-ordering Items

At MassyMoo, we aim to get your dream outfit to you by hook or by crook! So, if you find something you like but we don't have your size for example, contact us at info@massymoo.com and we can help you pre-order the item!

We order every 2 - 3 weeks for those who have secured an order with MassyMoo. We accept a 50% deposit before the due date of placing the order. We will send the invoice to you for payment, with payment being due 3 days from the date of invoice. If payment has not been made within the 3 days, we will unfortunately automatically cancel the order.
